Pastor/Evangelist

I am a Preacher, called by God to be a Pastor and an Evangelist. I am currently ordained with World Evangelism Fellowship (WEF), which I am truly grateful to the Lord for letting me be a part of it. I am not perfect, but I know the Perfect One, and I want people to know Him too.

The Lord placed a calling on my life at 11 years old to go into the ministry. However, I didn’t answer that call until I was in my 30’s. One of the main reasons for not answering that call, was I dreaded the thought of public speaking. To say it another way, I was introverted, and the Lord had to deal with me on the sin of self-will, like He does with all of us. When I finally surrendered, I started attending the School of Ministry while serving as deacon and youth leader in a local AG district church, eventually becoming an Associate Pastor. I went through the process of getting certified, and then licensed. The final step to become ordained required completing a practicum under an ordained Pastor, so another local AG church assisted with the requirements. While attending there, I served as the Evangelism Pastor. Once ordained, I moved on to planting a church (jumped ahead of God) and doing street ministry. Our family eventually joined another local AG fellowship while truly listening and waiting on Lord, and I served as an Outreach Coordinator.

Then things got interesting. I was strongly sensing being led to go into full-time pastoral ministry, and during the search and interviews, two churches within the district sought me to be their Pastor. I went home praying and seeking and waiting for the Lord to show which of the two churches I should choose. To make a long story short, the Spirit of the Lord answered my prayer, and it wasn’t the answer I was expecting. Within 24 hours of receiving the answer for which I was seeking, I notified the district office and the pastor of the local fellowship in which I attended, that I was not renewing my credentials with the AG but was being led to apply for credentials with WEF. I had no clue if they would credential me, I just did what the Lord was leading me to do. WEF officially ordained me in December of 2018, and soon after, Cross-Connected Ministries officially opened it’s doors.
